By far the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. Extremely efficient and respectful.

Slow but repaired correctl

Quick and easy was what we needed on a Friday afternoon. Everyone that helped us did so very efficiently and with great attitudes. Couldn't ask for better customer service at a car dealership.

This may be my best experience at a car dealership. I was able to schedule my appointment for next day and when I arrived Corey was my service advisor. He was incredibly helpful and friendly with excellent customer service skills. After waiting about an hour for the diagnosis, Corey came over and explained the issue notifying me that the issue was covered under Warranty and the technician had already begun the work. The work was completed in 30 minutes and Corey brought me the keys to my freshly repaired and washed vehicle. Thank you so much. I was in and out within 2.5 hours and had a great experience. Can't wait to buy my next vehicle from Jack Hanania Chevrolet.

This time the oil drain plug was leaking badly. The truck never leaked prior. It was leaking bad and damaged my driveway. Did a gasket come off? Who knows. The truck was overfilled with oil. This is significant because this happened in Dec'24 or Jan'25 as well. We got the oil changed and drove up to VA to drop my son at school and the day we got to VA the check engine started blinking and gauge going crazy. We took to Ramey Chevy in Richlands, VA and they said it was at least 3 quarts too much oil. In this most recent experience you all took a quart out. Please check your oil gauges. Please make sure drain plugs are not leaking once installed. If you don't take pride in your work it probably is not worth doing. These issues scare me to bring my more expensive Duramax to you all for service.
