Everything was excellent. I found a vehicle online that I was interested in, inquired if was still available, which staff confirmed it was. Upon arriving at the dealership the following day, Channing met us at the door and provided exceptional customer service, letting me test drive the truck without feeling rush, answering various questions about its features, and made us feel valued. As I purchased the vehicle at night, everyone overlooked a very small dent on the bumper. I informed them the following day, which they are now working to resolved, which is very reassuring. Overall, this was the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a new vehicle.

Minh was super helpful, accommodating and patient with us test driving different vehicles to see which one was the right fit for us. The dealer manager and finance manager were also very helpful in getting the price we were looking for and signing the paper work was a breeze.

It was much better than I thought it would be JAMES did an excellent job making sure I got to look at everything I wanted to see. He even made the negotiation easy for me with no pressure. I wound up getting something nicer than I thought. I would great experience.
